Introducing, our Spring/Summer menu curated to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the season.

Drawing on the abundance of British produce — from early greens and coastal shellfish to orchard fruits and heritage vegetables — each dish is crafted with lightness, balance and clarity of flavour. This is a time for relaxed gatherings, long lunches and evenings that stretch into golden hours. So, we invite you to take your seat, enjoy the view and let the vitality of the season unfold at your table.
