New À La Carte & Dessert Menus Launch at The Daffodil Liverpool
If you’re searching for a new dining experience in Liverpool this summer, we’ve got something special waiting for you.
We’re delighted to introduce our brand new À La Carte and Dessert menus at The Daffodil Liverpool, bringing together seasonal ingredients, refined cooking and beautifully crafted dishes aboard one of Liverpool’s most distinctive waterfront restaurants.
Whether you’re planning a romantic evening, celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for one of the best restaurants in Liverpool to enjoy exceptional food, our latest menus have been carefully designed to offer something memorable from the very first bite to the very last.
All Aboard for New Flavours
Our new À La Carte menu showcases the best of the season, balancing classic techniques with modern flavours and premium British produce.
You’ll still find a selection of guest favourites returning to the menu, but alongside them are exciting new dishes created by our Head Chef, Matt and his kitchen team to celebrate the changing seasons.
View The Full MenuStart your meal with our Monkfish Ceviche, served with chive velouté, jalapeño oil and grapefruit, or try the Beef Tartare with cured egg yolk and fresh salt & vinegar crisps. For something a little different, the Lamb Rarebit Skewer brings together braised lamb, rarebit and leeks three ways.
Vegetarian diners can enjoy our Asparagus & Pea Tart, with pea mousse, mint, asparagus fricassee and vegan feta, while our ever-changing Croquettes of the Week offer something new to look forward to each visit.
For seafood lovers, our Pan-Fried Monkfish is served with Parisienne potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and warm tartare sauce, while the Seafood Linguine combines saffron bisque, clams, squid, scallops and pangrattato rosa.
New summer favourites also include Gressingham Duck Breast with plum purée, honey-glazed potato, asparagus tips and jus, alongside our rich and comforting Beef Short Rib with pomme purée, bourguignon and tobacco onions.
From the grill, guests can enjoy aged beef steaks, a Surf & Turf fillet with poached lobster tail, or one of our burgers, including the Daffodil Burger, Deluxe Burger and Chicken Burger.
Our new Dessert Menu is the perfect way to finish your meal.
Choose from comforting classics such as Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream, or our Chocolate Brownie with raspberry gel, white chocolate soil and vanilla ice cream.
For a lighter summer finish, the Eton Mess features clotted cream panna cotta, macerated strawberries and meringue, while the Orange Olive Oil Cake is served with whipped mascarpone and toasted almonds. There’s also a British Cheese Board and Farm Ice Cream for those who prefer a classic ending.
